To curb with the overwhelming demand, and provide localized support, PBA (M) Sdn Bhd was established in 1988. Now, PBA (M) Sdn Bhd is one of the biggest branch office of PBA group and known across Malaysia for the array of products that we offer, and our excellent technical service.

PBA Technology Pte Ltd
Identifying aerospace as a future booming industry for Southeast Asia, PBA Technology Pte Ltd was established in 1990. PBA Technology now services all the major airlines in Southeast Asia, and the sales revenue is growing in line with the astronomical growth rate of the aerospace industry in Southeast Asia.

PBA Bearings (T) Co Ltd
As many of our customers moved their manufacturing facility to Thailand to lower cost, PBA was required to establish an office in Bangkok to provide better support and coordinate the logistics.

AIS Industrial Components Ltd
Hong Kong was the next country in PBA's expansion plan. Hong Kong was viewed as the window to many untapped markets. So in 1990, we established a joint venture with a company called AIS Industrial Components Ltd.

Ningbo Jinfeng Magnets
To integrate upwards in the supply chain, PBA formed Ningbo Jinfeng Magnets to produce magnets for MNCs like Sony, Panasonic, etc.

CTC – China Trade Cooperation was established in 1998 as an investment body for PBA's overseas merger and acquisition plans.

PBA Systems Pte Ltd 
Maintaining our position as a market leader, PBA Systems was established in 1999 as the first Southeast Asian linear motor manufacturer. We realize that the future is in linear motors, and that experience in such emerging fields is vital to providing the right advice to customers, hence PBA Systems initiated a joint research with the local government to come up with an improved design over the standard linear motors.

In 2006, PBA Spindles was established as second-hand machines are normally used in Asia and the spindles normally require repai and maintenance. OEM service take too long and cost too much for most factories to bear. PBA Spindles have the necessary skills to repair both mechanical and air spindles in half the time and at a fraction of the cost. PBA Industries provides the necessary spare parts at low prices to PBA Spindles.

PBA Group New Building
PBA Group of Companies finally consolidated into a single building in Woodlands. This new home of ours allows us to further strengthen our teamwork and spirit by being physically close and under the same roof. PBA Group of Companies have all grown in size and this required us to move into our current larger compound. The strategic location of Woodlands being the new automation center of Singapore, and the gathering of all the minds of PBA Group will no doubt allow PBA to accomplish much more in the coming years.

International Magnetics Technology (IMT) New Factory
International Magnetics Technology (IMT) has built a new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in the Nong Khae Industrial Park near the city of Saraburi, Thailand. This facility contains the latest in melt spinning processing technology and analytical equipment to ensure the highest quality products for our customers. International Magnetics Technology was established in 2007 for the purpose of producing rapidly solidified NdFeb magnetic powder for use in bonded Nd magnets.

PBA Industries (m) Sdn Bhd New Building
PBA Industries (M) Sdn Bdh has outgrown the old office in Kuchai Lama and moved into a new building at Bukit Jalil, Kulala Lumpur on the 9th Feb 2009. Since 1988, PBA (M) has come a long way from a trading company to a company that not only does logistics management for MNCs but also provides engineering solutions and does sub module assemblies. PBA (M) has grown very rapidly, and it is projected to continue so.

In a joint venture with U.S.-based company Airworthy Aerospace Industries, Inc., PBA has setup a first-of-its-kind manufacturing facility in Southeast Asia, to produce plastic and urethane seat parts, seat covers, seat cushions and other aerospace interior components.
